  1. A good interview question is usually an open ended question that would make the interviewee give an elaborate answer.

  8. Questions such as asking the interviewee for their opinions on the High school, and which is better the middle school or high school is good because it is open ended. Also asking about sports, interests, hobbies, instruments, music interest and views on todays music industry are also good questions to ask to get to know someone. It depends on the type of interview. If it were an interview for a job questions like, are you punctual, honest, and on tast may be good questions to ask.

  9. Good interview questions can be both open ended, and not open ended. They should be questions that the person can relate to or has something to do with, and not just something they dont know about or wonder why you're asking them that question. Some good questions personally for my interviewee would be where did you come from, because her ethnicity is different from American, or how is her freshmen year going and what does she think of it here, what are some new experiences she had to encounter and how does she deal with it? These questions would apply to her because she is a freshmen here at our school.

  11. Some good interview questions that I came up with are ones that make the interviewee squirm a little bit. What I mean by this is that the good questions are ones that make them slightly uncomfortable & out of their comfort zone. These are the best ones because it generates the most interesting answers. Other good questions are ones that are unusual. This is because no one expects it, so the interviewee gives surprising or ironic answers.

  22. Good interveiw questions should open ended and let the person shares their thoughts or ideas. A good interveiw question should also stay related to the topic and the person and i think that it is important to form questions that will not affend the person being interviewed, but find a more easy way to put the question so that way u will still get the answer that u want.

  23. I think a good way to start off an interview would be to ask, what they strive to accomplish. Another question could be like what type of work they do for a living.

  31. Good interview questions aren't just basic questions about there likes and dislikes. In order to have a good interview you have to ask the other person interesting questions that make them think. In doing so, you find out a lot of useful information about the other person that you would of never known before.
